Shantama Constructions Company was formed by Agarwal & family under the leadership of Shri Anil Agarwal about 2 decades ago. Shantama Constructions stands on its symbol of Quality work, Brand value & value addition all through for its projects. The company is into high end residential and commercial projects in various locations in pune & Aurangabad. Looking ahead in future Shantama Group is in expansion mode in other cities the projects include mega township plans and commercial hubs in major cities. 

     SHANTAMA CONSTRUCTIONS currently located at Narayan Plaza, Cannought place, Cidco, Aurangabad. Mr. Anil R. Agrawal is the chief promoter and proprietor of the company. He qualifies himself in the field of construction since about 20 years, of thorough experience of hard work, dedication and management of the business, as a business man he has seen all the variations of the market and business in day-to-day life, very closely and has studied each and every details of it very minutely of the same, today he is well connected in the atmosphere of the business and has a individual identity in the business world. He has completed several of the residential and commercial projects of which the he and the buyers feel proud.
     The promoter had started his journey of life by taking up small work contracts of CIDCO and industrial works in MIDC, at Aurangabad, and gradually started purchasing land property with the intention of developing it and thus creating land-marks to which people look forward to. One of his uniqueness of the projects or the promoter can be the names of the projects, which generally starts their name with NARAYAN which is the name of his grandfather, and considered very lucky for him and which provides him with the necessary success.
